All India Management Association’s Centre for Skill Development & Training (CSDT) presents a two day training program on “Training Evaluation”, scheduled on 1-2 Feb, 2013 at India International Centre, New Delhi.

It is important for organizations to analyze the extent to which the training efforts are contributing towards the goals of the organization, therefore “Evaluation” plays a critical role in any training function.
